Rates & Insurance

We are a teaching clinic and have non independently licensed clinicians who have years of behavioral heath experience and life coaching

Rates

Licensed Independent Counselor 90.00 -125.00 or will match what your insurance would reimburse but no less then 75.00 an hour

Masters therapist/ non independently licensed/ life coaching

65.00 - 90.00

Most all insurance companies do not reimburse for any coordination of care done by the therapist. Rates for this service are as follows

Letters / case management phone calls to any provider to coordinate care i.e letters to school providers, MD psychiatry staffing

$ 10.00 per 15.00 minutes depending on service and document

Crisis Intervention for the session billed at the hourly rate and coordination of care will be $40.00 an hour

We will provide itemized receipt

This will be discussed at the post session of the crisis and billed at that time.

At this time RCCS is in process of credentialing with some insurance companies. However if you choose not to utilize your insurance or we will not be contracting with your specific insurance provider rates can be discussed and discounted for self pay clients

What you should know :

Health Care/Managed Care Insurance Policy

At this time RCCS is limited in working with Managed Care Health Insurance programs. We are glad to provide a “superbill’ receipt that you may submit to your insurance company if you wish for a possible out of network reimbursement. If a referral to psychiatric services is made most psychiatric providers due accept insurance.

Additionally, is important that you also understand that there is no guarantee that your insurance carrier will cover your therapy sessions. We ask that clients carefully consider this before we begin our work together.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
