Embracing imperfection accepting the flaws and loving yourself is the essence of our growth as human beings as we strive to live the life we are ment to live.
Mindfulness is the human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Mindfulness is a quality that every human possesses and is able to access. However with life sometimes accessing mindfulness is a challenge and the skill is embracing imperfection in order to access those moments of where we are present.
